Simply ask to return the item for a returns note number.This number must be written on the original invoice and returned to us with the goods.The ordert must unused and undamaged in its original packaging and in a saleable condition for a refund (less the S&H-P&P) return delivery is borne by yourself.Returns must be made within 5 days of the returns note number being issued. We reserve the right to reject a return should this not be complied with.
In the case of goods proven to be faulty after inspection, or goods which we have recalled we will refund the full purchase price of the goods plus postage and packaging.
When returning goods we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit for goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter AT THE TIME OF POSTING.

Where items have had the P&P (S&H) subsidised, i.e. free postage or special rates in the event of a return the actual postage will be deducted from any refund.
Faulty Goods
If the goods you ordered turn out to be faulty or arrive in a damaged condition, you must inform us within 48 hours. If faulty, we will provide you with your choice of refund or replacement as soon as possible, and no later than 28 days of agreeing to provide you with the refund. Where goods left with us being unpaid in this insatnce we will use the approved disposable procedure for uncollected goods. Where the term uncollected is generic for returned shipping.
